All talk switch on automactically for 5-10 secs at game end

I went on another server today, which had the ability to switch all talk on after the end of each round for 5-10 secs. (maybe it was the server or maybe the admin I don't know). Anyway it worked really well as both teams could congratulate or take the micky out of each other, which seemed to gel ALL the players together using the server. I really liked it and I think you guys and girls will like it too

Can we try/implement techies?

it's probabaly a script or plugin that gets executed at the end of
the round cuz you see that almost ALL the time in CSS
(which I used to be an admin on in a server). There should be a
ton of that plugins of that but I'm not sure if there are any for TF2

There are not ton of plugins, but plenty.

We can run it for a few days, to see if the clan members and the regulars like it or not.

I think it will be good, as half the time you end up fighting against your friends without having the opportunity to talk to them, or maybe remind them that yet again you are dominating them lol.
