there are places like this.
I bet it will take days or probably weeks to clear up? I wonder how ppl live in these conditions what about going to the shop for bread and milk etc if the delivery vans can't get into that area to the shop.

Country's that get that much snow are usually prepared to get rid of it, When I was in Switzerland in Feb, there was 2m of snow in one day, by 10am all the roads(Even back roads) were clear(But icy, not that any of the cars had difficulty moving about). No public services stopped either.

But that photo does look a bit extreme, if that's a normal size house, it's had about 3~4m of snow. o.0

About 2m is not much, easy to get rid of it, but that on the picture is nonchalant 6 or 7 meters...
