    I thought they were just gonna update l4d but NOOOOOO, there gonna leach the title while it's alive.
    And most likely spawn another few L4D's, #2 might not be the end.

    There is going to be big chanes! like AI directed 2.0 and a complete new Engine
    an update wouldn't provide those two ^

    new chars and maps and zombehs! infected, apparantly a new game mode too!
    it would be too big to be called "an update"

    The major factor is, they haven't even finished the DLC for L4D.
    Unless they call that shit update of 1 gamemode and 1 map the DLC.

    It's gonna be another 3 week wounder game, you play it to fuck, after you've played all the campaigns it suddenly becomes boring as hell.

    According to Half-life2.net they will keep updating the original L4D, at least until the release of the 2nd version.

    Yeah new content is new content and anything Valve touch turns to gold but I agree with Reag and Gig, although it looks mint, I would prefer to use a them weapons in L4d1, it does sound like a money maker.
    The survival mode update is was shit hot but I can't believe there developing an a sequel when the first game is only one year old.
    I mean it took 7 years I think for a sequel for Half-Life, I really do prefer the DLC side of things.
    This sequel could have easily been a DLC for L4D and not a completely new game.

    If you listen carefuly when the girl hits the zombie whit the axe(?) i think it is. it sounds like when the scouts in TF2 hits someone whit his bat :awesome::awesome:
