bad news friday night my screen died, i cant use my pc untill i got a new screen - thst means i cant play tf2 the next days ;( the problem is that when i switch the screen on, it works for like 2-3 secs than it switches off ... no idea why, but it is time for a new one though (got mine for some years now) any body knows a good screen, mostly used for gaming and browsing,chatting etc. prize under 200€ pls greeting from the slowest laptop ive ever used
Re: bad news Are you 100% sure that it is plugged in correctly? Are there any other strange things happening in the 2-3 secs that it appears when it starts up?

Re: bad news I broke my old CRT by having my old subwoofer to close to it. Fucked the magnetics really badly.
Re: bad news That monitor looks good, contrast ratio is meh, (I also have a 22" with 2ms response time - PHILIPS ) but still very good for the price.
Re: bad news You're in luck mate! I just got the latest number of my computer magazine and they are advertising a 90 euro screen. 20 Inches, resolution 1366x768 max, HD ready. Re: bad news Get a samsung, 22/24 inch. Can be found for around 200 euro, with DVI connection. (dont recall the type, sorry)

Re: bad news That's actually not that cheap. Well.. For a philips I guess it is.. The one I got (was just released when I got it) was €300 to buy, but I was also buying a computer from the same place, and *somehow* got it down to €70 since I bought so much
