Completely disabled some admin commands

    Completely disabled some admin commands

    The following commands are now totally disabled. Basically, they don't exist now.

    I won't say how I did this exactly.

    BEACON
    TIMEBOMB
    FIRE
    ICE
    GRAVITY
    BLIND
    NOCLIP
    DRUG
    TELEPORT
    HEALTH
    COLORS
    CASH

    Yay, no more admin abuse :D (except from the leaders... :P (assuming I read the config file right, lol))

    Those commands won't work at all now even for leaders. Basically they have been removed completely internally.
