Just to have a proper thread instead of that shitty warz moronity.

Also the only usable (containing hospital and military coordinates) map I found is http://www.izurvive.com which can be used in Group mode to share waypoints. I've created a group called GMYO, the password is "hackmeyoloka". Haven't shared any waypoints yet since nobody in the group except me.

DayZ last night was fun, though we have to play again and actually get out of Electro this time..

 

Not sure if I joined, I can't see who is in the group.

 

I hate to check Steam to see if anything changed in DayZ so created a scraper to see the changelog: http://nigma.brvy.me/dayz

Will add some nicer look and maybe RSS/API/email notification functions.

E: Created a separate sync function because 700ms response times were ridiculous. It should check every 30 mins and displays stuff statically.

Really want to get the game, but the end of the semester is near and I have to save money for the next one. And by the time I get it probably everyone will not play it anymore =D

 

Well actually since it's in Alpha, the improvements will make people play for a long time I think.
