Cant you just go in the next PC shop and buy a ~50-70€ Graphics card ?! I mean ..... if you need it for your work it would be worth it imo, + an emergency card for such situations is very usefull, im still havin my old 7800 GTX for this.

Just get a GeForce 9800 GT or so, its still fast enough for almost everything if you dont exaggerate it with quality settings.

At least go to one of your friends (you have some in RL, right ?! xD) and get his card to check if its the GPU (i think so, a booting Windows means: CPU/RAM/HDD 100% ok, broken could be: MoBo [dont laugh ! I allready have seen a broken PCI-E-Port ! xD], PSU [PCI-E 12V line can be damaged, allready seen as well >_>], Graphics card [i think its the most probably candidate in this case] ).

Well im not a handy man when it comes to PCs and internal parts. ^^ I still have my backup PC which is an P4 with a quadro card in, fine for 3D but it cannot even boot CS 1.6 (tried TF2 on it, lowest graphics and no players gives about 20 fps :) )

Yes I have a RL but I don't want to borrow a card from someone really, to afraid to break something.. hehe. But since it boots and stuff Im guessing CPU/ram/disk is OK! I still have guarantee on it and they will fix it for no cost I think.

Well, its just that you should be sure that its the Graphics card before you send it in ....

+ an emrgency card is a good idea in any case.

Already got a number to send it back and i will send the whole PC, so even if it isn't the GPU that is broken they will surely find the problem which is good. :)

Actually I didn't kick you as it wasn't my lobby :3 I told you that there was no space because it was saved for someone but then the lobby leader just kicked you anyway. Don't blame me when you don't know what happened.

    @Cheese: Good luck ^^

Thanks! The only thing is that I have to remove my hard drive as well to move sensitive information that is on it (after the last crash I kept most of my important stuff on an USB hard drive, but I think I left some stuff on the other disk that is pretty confidential that I want to keep incase they format/sneek around in ma PC.) :)

    Re: Epic fail, again!

Well, thought it was you, because at my second try i asked "wtf?!" and you were the one that answered so i thought it was your Lobby ...... anyways, i raged at that point, because i was kicked instantly at my first try without beein told why, and that on a very bad day ....

Ever heard of TrueCrypt ?! xD

My HDDs are that kind of crypted (I even use a boot passwort, without entering a 50sign passwort aka "8_4/Gs&y'0Kx/!°....." you wont even see Windows booting .... and after this you still have to deal with a different encryption per paritition ;) ), that even the CIA/MI6/BND/LOL... will despair on it - it takes Ages to encrypt TB-HDDs in Twofish algorythm ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twofish ), and it would require a hell lot of supercomputing power to break the encryption without my passworts ^^

So im not really worried that someone will get my HDDs at some day ..... its useless data garbage on it if you dont know my epic keys

    Re: Epic fail, again!

Hehe. Well next time i will try to crypt it indeed, but right now I cannot do a thing since I get no signal input. But I have an external case for hard drives so I can take it out, put it into that one and access it from my other PC. :) Remove little data yes!

Btw at the moment I'm F-rage-age instead of Fromage so ^^

    From-r-age? :D

@Oba -- I told you when you came in the second time because I would have wanted an explanation as to why I was kicked if I were you so I told you...

Files are now backed up, I put little hard drive into my portable hard drive case, worked like a charm. Copied the important files and removed some things I don't want them to see *the few warez-ed stuff I had.. like two programs or so.. :)* (and no, the porn is on my other disk so don't bother to ask... :D j/k)

Little pc is left off now, all I can do now is wait. Hopefully it'll go fast so I'll be back on track soon again. :)
