    GamesCom '09, Cologne/Köln .... anyone coming ?! ^^

    Well, some of you should know about the GamesCom, the biggest games convention for "normal" players in the world, that will be from 20th - 23rd of August in Cologne/Köln, Germany.

    I will be there on day 1 / Thursday and maybee Saturday ......

    Couldn't even find a steam link for the playstation conference earlier. Now I have to be cautious, I want to watch it, but dont want it to be spoiled before I watch it.

    This is gonna be hard.

    since it isnt placed in leipzig anymore (80km west from me), but in cologne(the opposite side of the country) im not going^^

    Poor Badseed ...... ye, well, Leipzig (the city where the GamesCom was the 6 years before) was OK imo, i had a 400KM way to drive with my car, which was still not too far away, but now im happy that all i have to do is take the train for 100KM ....

    Anyways, ill make some pics today i think ^^

    I was there last year.... not much fun... too many people there :x

    I wont go this year, I'll watch the trailers online, much easier :)

    I've just returned from the GamesCom (had some drinks with some guys i met there after the Convention closed it gates =) ), and im too tired to upload my pics from the iPhone now ..... ah, crap, i uploaded some xD



    Well, best of all: I made a pic with me and Joe Kucan, aka KANE, and got his signature on my newest GameStar (biggest german games magazine, which has an exlusive C&C4 story this month with Kane on the cover, Joe Kucan smiled at the moment he has seen the cover, ill photograph it ;) ) who was there to make some ad for C&C4 <3 ^^

    Noes, all the EA and Ativision-Blizzard stands had huge queues, i had luck that i was running right from the start to the Blizzard stand, to test D3 and SC2, for all the big games, you had to wait sooo much, i somehow managed to infiltrate the C&C4 and the CoD:MW2 presentation, because the queues were not so big as i passed them a second time, but i havent seen the BC2 presentation :/

    Congratz, but ...... well, i've seen the Gameplay presentation at the GC, and to be honest: I reall doubt, that the new concept works :/

    Tiberium wars was awesome so I hope this one will kickass too. :) RA3 was a shame though, didnt like it at all.

    If i'd come to this: My familiy is 100% german, proved by a register my granpa gave in order, its says: pure evil, erm, pure german, back to 1713 (and before that it was rare to ravel arround xD) ..... =)

    I'm just not as trained as i am supposed to, blame the student life xD

    Ye, but ..... come on, No base constructing, no harvesters, no Tiberium fields on the map, splited army types (attack/deffence/support) you have to chose one from, your main vehicle/"crawler" can respawn after beeing killed ..... this isnt C&C imo, + no LAN mode (wtf ?!?!?), you HAVE to be online, because you gather exp. points with every win, DRM shits ........ i really doubt that i will like this game :/
