GM Awards 2013

Right, last year at around this time we tried to have the GM Awards 2012. But it could have been ALOT better, with people able to see who had won before the results where out. It also took ages to count the votes It was a nice idea but poorly executed on my behalf. Just looking for suggestions on new catagories and how we will make it better and easier to count votes and generally make it more professional in its execution.
