Nope, GTA is something completly different, GTA is a Tarrantino-like parody to the gangster world, this is just pathetic, mankind-hating crap.

Just look at these scripts, were some wounded guys try to escape and are beeing shot down again + that monstrous ammount of screaming ....... no, this isnt fun anymore.

Yeah i guess you are right , Infinity Ward have lost it and fucked up CoD MW 2 that was even before this, now its just well indescribably bad.

Well, it's going to be the most sold game this year and people are gonna play this event and "like it" anyhow. I mean, people rant about that "oh no, no dedicaded servers i'm not buying this crap" still, its the most booked game on most of the game sites out there.

Having a mission like this is a tough subject and even if people don't like it it will help the marketing of the game (most likely in a good way cause people talk about the game more.)

I didnt watch the vid, because I really want to play the single player campaign.
But its also been in the media, that one of these scenes will be heavy. But you will be prompted to check if you really want to play this scene. And it will ask you twice. So its up to you, if you play that particular part.
Besides, war games can never be "good", war is nasty, because people are nasty.

(A side note, multiplayer on pc will be 9vs9... makes it easier to choose, only play single player campaign)

Well, it happened what i feared: The governing christian-conservative party of germany is using that scene to proove that violent video games are used to train rampages ....... until know, they had to lie about such stuff, now they have a game that "fits" with their anti video game campaign to forbid violent video games. -.-

i can see where you and sandy are coming from, wars arn't pretty, but there's a difference between killing an enemy who is armed and wants to do everything in their power to kill you, and killing unarmed civvilians. Even if it's just a game, where's the skill/fun in killing someone who can't/wont fight back.
