Music played at start of round on ZPS servers

Hey,

Alot of people complaining about the metal song being played during gameplay. Generally it starts at the beginning of the round although it can start up randomly during the round. The song is fine, it's a matter of taste or whatever, and it suits the game well. On the otherhand you can't hear approaching zombies/survivors so it hinders gameplay somewhat. Alot of people on the server were complaining about it, some left. Anyway, I just thought I'd mention it - seems to be a new change, around the 3/10 or 4/10. Might want to think about removing it or asking players what they think? Just a suggestion!

It's my new plugin, i finish it today or tomorow, for now i asked to disable (first version)
In next version music by default be disabled, to enable it type in console "lasthuman" or in chat lasthuman.
