Not exactly the right thread, but I took the logo from here so yolo.

Set this up on Twitch earlier, thought it was quite cool, as I'd never realised you could do it before.



The logo links to here too in case people are lazy/dumb. This displays just under the video on your profile page and is pretty easy to add.

 

first upload should be GM managers\admins v clans members or GM clan v community on tf2 or any game where a large proportion of us own

 

12 people civ 5 game with no time victory and only domination victory.
Marathon time prefered.

 

not alot of our clan own the game so i suggest keeping with Tf2

Considering Helljack, Savage and Gaw don't own the game, i don't think it's a good time to be leaving out 3 of our managers.

 

I don't have Savage or Helljack added so do not know if they own. But theres still a ton of people who own the game. The videos don't and shouldn't require all the managers to be in the videos that people are making. Afaik we submit our own to the dropbox thing Dark setup.

I don't have Gaw as a friend so that helped And in my opinion tf2 is more important in our clan.

 

ideally the first video should be under a week long...

 

New channels should start of with shorter , not longer videos.

 

Why don't we get a sentence or two from each member and close community members describing their experiences with GM and how it's affected them and put it into a video that we can upload

Best video as an opener would probably be a mash-up of funny moments from ALL the games we play, if we could organise that (haha)

Starting a channel with just one game immediately makes it difficult to move onto to other games, no point putting a couple of TF2 videos up to build a little audience and then switching content straight away to LoL or something. Keep it versatile.

 

Dark if you want footage i used in the chivalry vid to put in the mashup if thats gonna be a thing just tell me before i decide its not worth the hard drive space to keep.
