Re: pl_hoodoo? I played the map once, on #7 when it was online Not sure what to think... Good for snipers and spies (and there are too many persons playing these classes nowadays since the update).... But should give it another try.
Re: pl_hoodoo? Well payload is spy/sniper heaven as it requires the support classes. I agree with longbow's idea as well, sounds ideal really.
