I am still very new to the game but one thing I have noticed is that people who join later on the private server are met with holes in the ground and in general it's a poo place to start. Is it maybe an idea to make the spawn point look a bit better and make it a place to trade and donate stuff? Now I don't mean dump all the crap you no longer need (like weapons) because that would make it way too easy for people who join later. But there are many items that will not really benefit others if you give it to them. Also a nice looking spawn is well... errr nice
