Proposed #4 Rotation "Extreme Payload"

Suggested by rofl, this would be one of the few servers running a fast paced payload rotation in Europe.

Each team plays one full round of the map (One as RED, one as BLU)
30 minute timelimit, with vote for the next map occurring 10 mins after map start.

I've never seen most of those maps

 

This is a newer version of pl_dustbowl

 

wintertown is kinda boring and 20 between map votes would be better but sounds jolly good
