  1. Rhythm Demo + Welcome Back

    First let me say hello again after 2 months, hehe. :P A lot has changed, seriously this board looks kinda weird now. Okay, let's progress to the most important thing atm. The Rhythm Demo. I made something like that 4 weeks ago, for PB Game Studios needs. You know, for our game. ;) Now, inspired by Darki's JS Demo on imgkk.com, i decided to re-make this thing and post it here. It requires:
    - 2,4ghz single core cpu (I recommend 2,6 dual core cpu for better experience :P)
    - 512mb ram
    - Graphics with support for DirectX 8.1, well it should be also powerful.
    - Windows XP/Vista
    - Sound card compatible with DirectX 8.1.

    I think that's all. Now enjoy:

    And here's the screenshot:

    Screenshot... Screenshot will show you nothing here, you HAVE to see it in the motion.
    And yeah i know, it's not actually similiar to darki's js demo.

    E: Yay! First thing done on PB Game Studios Framework! :D
    PS. Particles may crash ;s

    Oh i forgot:

    Also i'm back on TF2 and Steam. But seriously, i'm not gonna play if player count will show me 20 or more, because of my pc.

    I'm gonna upload version with major updates. :)
    It adds more nice glow to my nickname, attractor cursor, more transitions and fixes some bugs.

    Um, at the mean time it throws error at you, my bad. Small syntax error.

    Nevermind, cool nonetheless :)

    Cool, Delphi is a really nice language.

    I still prefer C# for general purpose applications though. :)

  14. Re: Rhythm Demo + Welcome Back

    C# is good too.
    But you know, long time ago i've started with Delphi and i love it. ;]
    Since 4 years i've been developing in original Delphi IDE, now i've switched to Lazarus because of Open Source license and multiplatform development :)

  15. Re: Rhythm Demo + Welcome Back

    Refresh because of key update. =)
    Changelog:
    - Fixed Song Info text.
    - Huge performance boost, decreased particle count by 10.
    - Updated "Config.exe", now supports presets. 3 detection presets available:
    * Low volume song.
    * Normal volume song.
    * Loud song/fast song/rushed song.
    Have fun. :awesome:
    PS. For best visual experience: TURN "MORE PARTICLES" OPTION ON.
    It's turned on in default config. ;D
