Sennheiser PC350 or HD595? Reply ASAP please

Well, title pretty much says it all. Im buying a new headset, and i have to know today which one.
I would obviously choose the 595 if not for the fact that its an open headset, and since my pc is in the living room this could certainly annoy my parents. The 350 is closed, but severely lacking in sound quality compared to the 595. I suppose both of them are a drastic improvement from the Creative Fatality one i used to have (using utter junk atm). Their price tag is the same so its not an issue. Basically the 595s would mean moving my pc upstairs into a spare room we have. The headset will be used for gaming and listening to music while doing so, although there are no gaming requirements whatsoever, i couldnt care less about 3D sound and stuff.
Any and all help will be much appreciated!

This is the headset i use, Sennheiser PC161

Personally its great. No loud sound heard away from the ears so should be ok in your living room and a decent mic, good price too.
