actually not everybody. During the last few years the average winter temperature was about 0 C So many people are happy now that the real winter has come

Just got a new wave of ice and snow here btw, send from siberia the evil-lookin weather-man told us in the TV ...... its -16°C right now and still droping plus snow forecasted for the rest of the week .... wtf?
