    Website says I can get it, people on the phone say we can't. Fucking ridiculous. Although Mum's going to ring Virgin Media soon see if they can sort this shit out. Meant to be getting 10MB down, getting a max of 4 on a good day.

    Good to see that in the 3 months since I was last on this connection, Talk Talk still haven't learned what fibre optic means.

    E: Talk Talk must be getting all their engineers to be rating them highly on speedtest instead of actually making their service any good, that's the only way I can imagine they've got a 2 and a half star rating.

    BT infinity. FIbre optic has just been installed in my village and I switched as soon as I could. Previous downspeed was 16 Mb/s, so for an extra £6 a month, I'm happy.
