What you said is likely true, but I doubt you are in a position to say what it can and can't do.

What kind of '' Global Game stat information '' or '' Information about Steam users '' ??

ISteamUserStats: Global stat information about TF2, such as most played class and most played map.etc
ISteamUser: API call that lets us see who your friends are, what is on your profile, how many games you have and what groups you are part of.
ITFItems_440: Used to see a players item data for TF2.
