Post the delicious food you have made or culinary disaster you caused. I started baking last week My first attempt: My second attempt, which I have just made: The new baking tray helped, although one seems to have drooped a little.
That's a good idea, will post what I used: Makes 10 muffins: Ingredients: 375g self raising flour 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda 2 eggs 200ml of milk 100g of melted butter then what ever you want to put in it, I use 200g of chocolate pieces. pre-heat oven to 200c/gas 4 and line tin with baking paper. Mix flour, bicarb and sugar together and leave to the side. Beat the eggs. milk and butter melt and add half the chocolate/what ever. Sift and fold 1/2 of flour mixture mixture into the wet ingredients being careful not to over mix, add the rest of you chocolate/what ever and the rest of the flour fold in to mix and add to muffin tins. Bake until golden brown 20-25 minutes.
I'll make peanut butter chocolate brownies tomorrow. Will include how to make them with cannabis butter if you're so inclined instead of regular butter.
I made some brazillian brigadeiro the other day... It was delicious! It might also be the easiest dessert ever. I used two spoons of butter mixed with a can of 250 mL condensed milk and as much powdered chocolate you like in a pot. I then heated the mix to the point where it was almost boiling. Be very careful, because it burns very easily... Make you you're constantly stirring it. Once it's gotten really stiff, take it off and cool it down for a day or so. Lastly, shape it into little balls and dip it in chocolate or sprinkle it with chopped chocolate, coconut sprinkles, candy, suggar or w/e you like really. The end result is a bunch of toffee like chocolate balls that taste delicious. Also, I'm thinking about making a chili-chocolate brownie - do anyone have a good receipe?
Not wizards at baking like u lot, but would this be good vand? http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2678636/chilli-chocolate-brownies
Gave @LewyJudge12 a recipe for fried rice last year and he was sooooo sure he was going to make it........... -_- No chocolate chip cookies for you this year Lewy. I dont think I ever made something horrible. Nico once said I cremated bacon but thats only because I like it crispy and he does not as much.
Quick and easy burger recipe I've learned for about 1 kg of beef Roughly 1½ tablespoon of Dijon 2 tablespoons of Worchester sauce A good shake of garlic powder small pinch of cayenne Simple and delicious
My favorred burger receipe looks alot like this! I usually mix it up with 250 grams of shredded carrots. Makes the burgers juicy, and you can't really taste the carrots
Pepper and paprika rubbed medium rare venison steak with sweet potato mash & spring onions. Garnished with Spinach leaves.
Its kinda like brownies but with cream on top and inbetween and oreo pieces and caramel if I remember correctly.
