Went to school. Actually got to help people as a Programming T.A for once, instead of sitting around, using my laptop in-class like I usually do.
I used TunnelBear to install Spotify when it was unavailable here, you can turn it off after you launched the app.
Parents came home and randomly gave me a tablet - it's my first one, it's a Surftab, never heard of it before. Specs: 16gig, 2gig RAM DDR3, 10.1'', Quad Core 1.6GHz. Excited to buy a cover and try it out. Only thing left to get now is a smartphone, DayZ and I'll be set for quite a while.
honestly hands on heart was so excited reading up to this point because I thought you'd finally be cured of your debilitating mental illness oh well, what you actually got is cool too matey
Received my brand new G930 from Logitech! For those who haven't followed the story: Purchased Logitech G35 in November 2009 for £80. G35 broke in August 2010, right ear cup broke off it. Logitech replaced it within the week. Second G35 broke in January 2011, exact same problem. Logitech demanded the two headsets back before they would send me another, didn't receive a replacement until May 2011. Third G35 broke in December 2011, exact same problem again. Thankfully, Logitech achknowledged the problem and sent me a G930 instead (wireless, better build quality and worth £160). G930 has slowly deteriorated since then - fake leather has fallen to pieces, battery life has halved and a similar problem occurred with the right ear cup (not as severe, but required tape to hold it together). That brings us to today, brand new G930! Seems like a newer model based on the part number, so hopefully I don't have as many problems with it. TL;DR: G930 is a bit better than the G35, but overall their headsets have atrocious build quality - never buy one. If you're unfortunate enough to already have one, at least Logitech support are pretty awesome!
Will this mean you're now going to begin sexually harassing me over mumble instead of just Steam now?
