It's a brilliant RPG! You start out with a fair bit of talking and what have you, but that's just to set the plot for the fist half hour or so -- after that it's all good!
Meh, its OK, imo its still too short like the first one and is piss easy to finish, no real challenge. I've boycotted MW2 until we get some dedicated servers ect... so I've been playing Uncharted 2 (good game, but too short and multi-player is poo) and Warhammer Online (I now have 4 piece of Sovereign Armor, that's the equivalent of Aions Abyss armor).
Do you really think now they are going to add dedicated servers or any of that crap? It's already sold more than the last game, they are not going to do shit.
And besides that, PC's share is really small (I read something about 10% or less, in compare with the consoles) Sorry to say, but that's what we got for pirating our games in the past... (yup, you can start yelling at me and such.. have fun)
I don't really care, I only play valve games on pc. Wait, fuck, I just bought €235 worth of pc gaming equipment.. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUU- oh Headset is usb works on ps3.. mouse.. not sure if there are aspects were you can use it on ps3, maybe keyboard works on ps3 apart from lcd screen mouse mat hurr hmm, guess im ok then. Still could have bought some good ps3 games though edit, still have €220 or so left oh wait, a chair.. that's like €75 from ikea.. fuck sake..
Depends on what you like. It's a cross over between Neverwinter Nights and Baldurs Gate. In my eyes a pretty damn good. Awesome NPCs, good story, nice graphics. The combat system is a rip off/cross over of WOW, FFXII and BG2, but a pretty good one.
I personally didn't like DA:O -- the pace was too slow and the combat was too much like WoW - that and the fact that it's totally linear and there's so much talking it gets really boring after a while... But I suppose it just isn't my taste...
It's not for everyone. In a nutshell though: "If you like Baldur's gate, you will most likely love DA"
It really depends on what kind of games you like to play. It has alot of conversations, where you can choose to be rude or to be nice. You'll have to (well not have to, but you won't die as much if you do) pause the game and give instructions to your other party members. It's one of those games that you either love or hate..
