I could make a list of the huge number of things I've done so far, but it'll be more fun for you to explore for yourselves

So instead, here's a list of the major stuff that isn't done yet:

• Members, Drops, Sprays integration (Sprays is my priority, and I might just modify the XenForo members page rather than doing one from scratch)
• Sidebar blocks integration (Servers, Top 5 etc.)
• Shoutbox (Most likely going to wait until someone writes/ports one)
• Arcade (v3 Arcade has a port planned)
• Custom BBCodes (top priority)
• RSS Feed poster bot (reasonably high priority)
• Possible portal home page with news etc?

Also known bugs so far:

• Hovering over Search this forum or Thread tools looks nasty
• Member card has wrong colours
• HTML is no longer permitted in custom user titles - people will have to fix this themselves
• Some signatures and other miscellaneous text did not survive the UTF-8 conversion very well, again people will need to fix this themselves.
• Links in posts are white on white
• Clan members are pink until I can think of a better colour
• User profile messages are done in Facebook+Twitter-style and don't support BBCode - nothing I can do about that.
• Signature images uploaded through vBulletin will no longer work - anyone with a broken sig will need to switch over to a proper image host (eg Imgkk).
• Smiley list goes off the page on quick reply - not easily fixable unfortunately.

Yeah XenForo doesn't have an option to stop forums from counting towards the post count yet. I've put in a suggestion: http://xenforo.com/community/thread...-forum-from-counting-towards-post-count.6988/

Yeah going by my absolutely fucking crazy post count, it's either a bug or counts absolutely everything (PMs, visitor messages, etc.)
