    It's a matter of opinion on whether it's improved. The people that left obviously didn't think so.

    As Longbow said - improved. The reason that it was changed to a less intense recruitment policy was because we've moved away from being a clan (with focus on improving skill), to being a private community (where we all share fun times!). The people that left are gone - everything was on edge anyway and it was just their time to move on as [GM] wasn't what they wanted any more.

    As for it being "F*cked up" - describe to me where and how it could be improved. Your application took a long time I'll admit that - but doesn't that mean that the new fast track system where once you meet the requirements you move quickly on to the next stage is better?

    I don't know what's going on any more to be honest. You have rules and stuff in place, but they keep changing all the time. To me, that sounds about the same as having no rules at all.

    Then again, I may just be stupid.

    Either way all these changes confuse the hell out of me.

    Perhaps someone should make a single post with all the updated rules in it, so the confused people can understand.

    You're calling this new system a "noob-attract". Do you really think you would even be in the clan if the old system was still used?

    Why do you think it took em so long to accept you?

    You had a k/d ratio that was BARELY 1:1. SO who the hell are you to whine about "noob-attracts"?

    my kpd was above 1.2 since i was wearing |GM| tag, but because of before that my kpd was not so good the total was less, but now my kpd is 1.45 so.

    and a kpd of 1.00 is someting you should be able to get. if you cant get i think you need some extra practice.

    i worked really hard to get mine above 1.0 and it worked. and im happy about that.
