Recently some videos i watch on any device on my network just wont play and according to the stats i'm only getting 130kbp/s but then after 10mins-4-hours i'll be able to then go back to that video and watch it just fine, even rebooting my router makes no difference. Only youtube is giving me this problem and only on my network.
