The aim of GeoGuessr is to find out where the hell you are - you are plunged somewhere on the map of the entire world that Google has street-viewed, and you must guess where you're placed!

You get five turns and you should post your final score here at the end!

How to get roughly really close to target

1.find a sign that has something written on it
2.detect which language that is
3. go to the state that they speak that language
4.get points

Annoying in English because you think it's in the us or uk and it's actually in australia

 

95% of the images are in America or Canada.

 

You can actually just move around on the map untill you see a place-name sign. Then open google maps on another tab = points.

 

That's cheating!

 

My first time and this is the result I get. Most of them I went on a hunch based on very little. For example one of them was an Olympic Arena and on said arena I saw something written in German. I guessed somewhere a little outside of Berlin and I got like 4000 points.
