Yes, its a good idea. We have support for this, but no set of instructions on how to do it, exactly. So far only some senior members have arranged random internal matches.

We dont have enough members to host a pickup channel with reasonable popularity to function.

Atm random internals work like this:
-pm all online members and ask who wants to play at the next even hour. (usually between 7-10 gmt) format will change as the group grows)
-when 10+ people have agreed to play, set equal teams
-ask help with management from an admin
    -play

We've got a new plan for a bot which will at scheduled intervals:

    - Collect the Friends IDs of all members of the Gaming Masters steam group.
    - Start an individual steam chat with each one in turn, asking them if they want to play a PCW, giving them 30 seconds to reply and keeping track of which Friends IDs replied 'yes'.
    - Start a group chat containing all the members who are up for a match.

    Good idea?
