    Ha, sorry to hear about your internet. My school uses web-marshal to block Websites, it's very annoying, it doesn't even let you download word documents. :D

    Shame all sites from this dedi are blocked except this one. Which makes no sense.
    The resellers IP is also blocked so I can do anything on my site either.
    Gotta love Governmental "Education" filters.

    Blocks any website which can even be remotely related to gaming, web-based proxy, hacking etc. within a couple of days of someone accessing it. Luckily it virtually never makes a mistake, except when the system fucks up like it did one time where it blocked bbc.co.uk, giving "Education" as the reason xD

    At least by crashing explorer.exe it's possible to kill their protection against running .exe's, so it's possible to run Firefox etc, but unfortunately all internet access goes through an NTLM authenticated proxy server so Firefox does nothing to help unblock sites D:


    Still, it's pretty cool that I can go to any school in Northern Ireland and login, and have all my files etc. at hand. And of course there's WebDAV access at home too.

    Heh, I found an exploit on any Vista matchine running off RM, zip the exe, open the and run the exe from inside zip.

    I got masses of programs installed on multiple Vista matchines in many rooms and it pisses everyone else off that I can use Steam and little Proxy apps without anyone knowing.

    Only downfall is that Steam does not run perfectly, friends fails to login.

    In later news, I hate this for filtering my site.

    Yeah that works too, or you can point internet explorer at the exe hosted externally and simply choose to "run" instead of save :P

    Terminating explorer is still the best though - you can just run anything freely that way. Well that's assuming the protection is a simple VBScript like on C2k lol
