Yea I have some too (well, like 300 XD), but the ones that struck me most were these ones:








The American Soldier graveyard, those that died on D-Day and up to a month after it, I think, are buried there... but I forgot its name unfortunately....

I'd agree the memorials are impressive, I've got a few images from the visit to Thiepval.

Found my great great great grandfathers name actually on one of the pillars so it was a bit of a shock.

well when I went to Ireland by bus, we wen´t to Rotterdam with the Bus, then by Ferry to somewhere at the english coast, then somewhere to the Irish coast, and then drive around there with the bus. Still see no sense in dat But however
