   There seems to be a problem with the map rotation on Server #4.
   
   It seems to never rotate to a new map, and when you RTV you only have the option of voting for Doomsday or staying on the map you're already on.

   I see nothing wrong here, you have to prove your worth by sitting through enough rounds of doomsday. Then the map changes.
