Server issues fixed As it turns out, we have been running PHP 5.2.6 all along, despite it reporting itself as 5.2.9-2 in the Server header. This is because a few strange PHP-related .dll's had found their way into Apache's bin directory, and it was loading those instead of the external PHP Apache module (if that makes sense ). Also, PHP was reading from about 4 different php.ini files, which has now been consolidated down to a single one for CLI and another for the Apache module. Also, most of the NuSphere PHPExpress issues have been sorted, and I have reason to believe it was the reason for vBulletin files getting corrupted.
