So... Much... Fastcgi! Previously we only had 1 FastCGI process for PHP - in other words, you had to queue if someone else was loading a page at the same time. Now, we have an upstream balancer with 10 FastCGI processes behind it, so expect everything to be a lot faster and to stay that way for once
