Stats/ rank -- now that the servers are back...

    Stats/ rank -- now that the servers are back...

    Are the stats going to be what they were before the crash? My stats in my sig say I'm 28th but on the server that's up it says I'm 24th with 17101 -- am I wasting my time by playing on that server? Should I be going to the one that's back? Or are the stats going to be transfered?

    Whoops, Yes, you are wasting your time (sorry). I'll shut those servers down now and move the DB to the proper dedi. (you get to keeps your stats)

    As soon as I know what the hell is going on.

    The servers (81.19.212.50) that are running "shouldn't" be under our name as far as I know. our IP has changed (again) to 81.19.212.48.

    I'm awaiting information till I do anything to the servers

    Right, apparently .50 got a new Mobo, meaning that it wasn't formatted.

    It will be formatted soon, but before it is we will be copying alot of files to .48 .

    .10 will remain running with stats for the time being, when .48 is ready I will copy the stats DB over.

    The stats displayed on our servers are correct, the web interface and signatures are wrong - they are pointing to the .50 dedi which Justin (KC staff) managed to recover, but it is only for FTPing files from it - the virus did too much damage for it to be usable.

    During the transition to .48, your stats from .10 (current stats) will be kept.

    .48 is now fully operational, .10 has been put off-line, you should have lost no stats in the transition.

    The web interface will be fixed soon.

    I can't really do anything until my computer is fixed, so it is likely that a lot of stuff will be broken for a while.

    Damn Northern Ireland and its lack of decent computer parts shops and fast delivery from mainland ones :(
