The Engineer Update is Upon Us!!!

Yes, now with my wrangler I can spam rockets into the faces of my enemies.

New weapon and map look cool, although 'upward' as a name does not bode well for me.


Also, I'm calling it now: guitar as melee weapon unlock.

EDIT: just thinking about it, a guitar as a melee unlock is pretty stupid. Can you imagine upgrading a dispenser with a guitar? The guitar will probably just be the taunt for FJ. Also: wrangler for taunt-kill

awesome for the wrangler, means spies can happily kill engy then sap the sentry without fear of death. or sap the sentry, engy has to switch to wrench which makes the sentry useless for 3 seconds.

makes engy much better against ubers but much weaker V spies

 

They hae increaced cap this week... Time for a bit of idling.

 

once the sentry is sapped it is useless anyway. But the think with killing the engy and disable the sentry for 3 seconds so you don't get hit is truly stupid. Hopefully, they disable the 3 seconds penalty for death if not already done.

 

It seems like a win lose situation, like you would only need to use the wrangler versus enemies that are out of the range of the sentry, or over a wall, etc.
But there would be dumb people out there who use it all the time then get destroyed by spies.
I think the Wrangler is a considerable upgrade to the engineer adding variety to how you can play.

 

Guys. Drunken_F00l was banned. Someone at valve leaked the drop times (they were preset), and Drunken used them. He is vac banned for this, and several others are going to be soon.

Shotgun. Build 2 sentrys are the start destroy them for crits with shotgun.


Moveable sentrys. Build sentry outside spawn at start.... get full metal (from medi locker) build level 2, repeat... then move to good spot.

 

Marc you might want to put that (this is what ive heard) you can only have a level 2 sentry if you can move it

 

maybe 60-80hp a hit :3
