    XHTML 1.0 > HTML 4 tbh

    Blank alt tags are the stupidest thing ever though - the only thing validators tell you about that actually matters is invalidly nested tags. Just forget about blank alt tags, and fuck whoever added it to the HTML spec.

    Oh and great design :D

    Also love the design m8, I see your using MyBB how do you like it, I've not tried it yet, but heard good things!
