Most of steam problems, regarding invalid ticket ect... can be fixed by deleting ClientRegistry.blob

    located in the following directories:

    Windows XP
    C:\Program Files\Steam\
    or
    C:\Program Files\Valve

    Windows Vista
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

Obviously "C:" is my location and the directory depends on where you install steam!

  9. Re: What's going on?

For me it's "D:", worked fine.

The error, in the case of the GM servers, means that the dedi's network driver has crashed or that too many TCP connections are open.

Just tell someone with RDP to reboot it ;)
