Xenforo 1.1.4 installed

I have just completed the upgrade to 1.1.4 and merged most of the templates. We were previously running 1.1.2 as we didn't need anything in 1.1.3, if anyone cares.

Or, for changes that people care about:

• Added some further anti spammer protection on registration
• Non-XF change: Enabled reporting system ('Report' button on posts) since we can actually see it now
• CSS arrows (such as next to posts and in the breadcrumb menu in the header and footer) no longer appear dark and weird in firefox
• No more 'blank' pages on addon upgrades (I had hacked this so that it wasn't completely blank previously)
• Adjusted the Skype custom field to support Windows Live addresses (since they merged)
• Improved HTML parsing in RSS feed imports (remains to be seen whether this makes the TF2 and L4D bots less dumb)
• Non-XF change: disabled mobile and valentines themes as they are not worth the effort of updating (managers and SSAs: stop using these themes if you are)

And changes of relevance to managers and SSAs:

• Non-XF change: Enabled moderator bar
• Ability to see if there are any registrations that need to be approved from the moderator bar
• Spam cleaning a user will automatically close any pending reports for their content
• Read only access to registration date and last activity on profiles in the admin CP
• Additional admin-only links on the front-end profile page
• Spam cleaner did not work correctly when used multiple times without reloading
• Spam cleaner did not delete soft deleted posts
